Is it really that good? my take
I was truly impressed by the warm service from the staff—especially Carla, Bongani, and Grace—who made check-in a breeze. My room featured modern amenities and exceptional cleanliness, guaranteeing a comfy stay.
The location, though convenient, brought unexpected noise from nearby restaurants, which made relaxation challenging. Parking was also a bit confusing, as there wasn't any direct arrival space offered in front of the hotel.

the stay was just an absolute disaster. the noise from nearby restaurants made relaxing impossible, and to top it off, my room lacked a small refrigerator, which is practically standard these days. not to mention, with all these inconveniences, you would think a complimentary gift would’ve been in order, but I guess they just don't care about making guests feel valued

The hotel's contemporary decor adds a nice touch, fitting well into the urban landscape. A nearby shopping precinct offers a variety of attractions, with many bustling bars and restaurants just a short walk away, perfect for evening outings.
My room had an air conditioning unit too loud for comfort, and the bar fridge couldn't be unplugged, making sleep a challenge. The poorly lit bathroom included a painted door that didn’t open fully, creating awkward access to the toilet. Noise from an adjacent event made it hard to relax, especially late at night.
